With Grand View being a home missions ministry to the churches of the southwest, the camp operates on a hybrid funding model so we can keep camper fees as low as possible. That means the camp pays me a minimum-wage salary, and the rest of what my family and I need to live and serve here full-time comes through the faithful support of partnering churches and like-minded individuals like you. Because of that partnership, churches can send their kids to camp with a lot less financial strain, and I get to stay on the field doing what the Lord has called me to do.

By God's grace, camp here is growing fast. That growth is exciting, but it also means the Lord is calling more full-time staff to join us long-term. Right now there’s only one permanent staff house on the property; everything else is temporary or seasonal; and that is intentional. For me—and for the staff families we hope to bring on—I want to put down real roots so I can thrive here for decades; and Lord willing one day with a family of my own. The healthiest way I believe to do that is stable, year-round housing off-property. Anyone who’s looked at the housing market lately knows that’s no small hurdle, but I'm convinced that when God’s people aren’t distracted by constant housing insecurity, we can pour ourselves more fully into gospel ministry.

So I invite you to partner with me personally. First and foremost, I want to partner with you in prayer—because none of this works without the Lord’s strength and guidance.
